Love, Sweet Love

Divine Love

Red heart shaped sky at sunset. Beautiful landscape with road.Love background with copy space. Road to love

“Think not, with the weakling, that nothing is more precious, nor, with the hermit, that you should reject it. Think not too highly of it, nor consider it worthless. Love it not for itself or for what you can get out of it, but for what you can do with it.

“Forget not that life has but one purpose, one end and one objective, and that is the awakening of the souls of men. All things on Earth conform to that end. Earth without its perplexities and problems, its struggle and strife, its inequalities and injustices, would never develop the soul in a manner meet for its destiny. This is the answer to the riddle of ages. If all were right with the Earth, there would be nothing for man to do; as it is, there is sufficient to occupy him throughout his generations. When man himself is perfect, its purpose will be fulfilled, and then Earth, too, will be perfect.

“Riches cannot buy life, nor can gold purchase back wasted hours. Therefore, employ the future that you have left to your greatest benefit. Lament not that you were born or desire that life should depart. Life has a purpose and meaning, even for one as miserable as you, and the Law

may not be set aside.”

-The Kolbrin Bible (MPR:4:12-14)

Think not like the Weakling or the Hermit

I don’t think it is true that a weakling thinks love is more precious than anything else. Nor is it true that the hermit thinks love is worthless. The weakling is actually more likely to think that love is unimportant, while a hermit may value love greatly, despite being a loner.

Life Has One Purpose

Actually, we can’t say that life in the physical realm has a purpose at all. It isn’t where God wants us to be. It isn’t where we belong. It is true that we need to develop our spirit and soul so that we can eventually go to Heaven,

Perplexities and Problems

It is true that the problems, inequalities, and injustices on earth help us develop the strength we need to develop our spiritual faculties. The demons and devils of darkness try to prevent us from developing our spiritual faculties, so we need to develop the strength to resist them.

When Man is Perfect

It is true that when man is perfect, the world will be perfect also. Now that we are in the End Times, God is slowly changing the world into a spiritual world, which is the only kind of world that can be perfect. As the world changes, humans must change with it, or die, because when the world becomes sufficiently spiritual, physical beings will not be able to exist in it.

Riches cannot Buy Life

It is true that riches can’t buy life, but you wouldn’t think so by the way some try to constantly gain more and more wealth. In a way, this is understandable, because no matter how much wealth they have, they feel something is missing. They don’t realize it is spiritual development, not more wealth.

Love

Love is the one thing that can help all of us. God’s love for us. Our love for God. Our Love for each other. Even our love for animals. All forms of love help the world grow better and closer to God.

“Our galactic neighbor is slowly coming apart”

The Large and Small Magellanic Clouds are dwarf satellite galaxies orbiting our Milky Way galaxy. Visible with the unaided eye from the Southern Hemisphere, these galaxies appear serene neighbors in southern skies.

But new research says the gravitational pull from the Large Magellanic Cloud is actually ripping the Small Magellanic Cloud apart.

“The constellation Norma is home to the Great Attractor”

The Great Attractor is a massive gravitational anomaly: an invisible, unimaginably colossal amount of mass in space that astronomers did not expect to find. They know it’s there because it’s pulling on everything around it. It’s like a cosmic tug-of-war champion, pulling millions of galaxies – including our own Local Group of galaxies – toward it.

“Strongest hint yet of exoplanet magnetic fields”

Most planets in our solar system have magnetic fields. Earth’s magnetic field has played a crucial role in making our world habitable. Do worlds beyond our solar system have magnetic fields, too?

It seems highly likely, but evidence has been hard to come by … until now. This week, astronomers said they’ve found the strongest evidence yet for magnetism in exoplanets.

Life is always Moving and Changing

Yin and Yang fantasy with the angels on the clouds

“There is no constant state of life; all is movement and change. Therefore, it is well to build the structure of your life on a foundation of things, which are not easily removed. These are wisdom, skill, and knowledge, which once possessed cannot be taken away, as can hoarded gold and cherished chattels in the ebb and flow of life’s fortunes. Gold and silver are uneatable stones, but wisdom is the food of the gods. Skill and knowledge define the difference between the ox with the yoke and the plowman with the whip.

“Fear not the feelings which stir in the heart, for therein lie the greatest of life’s treasures. Taste their honeyed bitterness, and though you are consumed as you consume, something will remain, which is yours forever. Life is matured and mellowed by the treasures, which pain the heart, and without them, the soul cannot develop.

“With some, life is generous and with others niggardly, but whether you pass through the stages of life in a lowly or a high condition, your life will be neither wholly happy nor wholly miserable.”

-The Kolbrin Bible (MPR:4:5-7)

No Constant State

Nothing in life is constant, although many think otherwise. Everything is always changing and moving. Even things like rocks change all the time. Wind, rain, and other conditions cause change in rocks that may be too small to notice, but happen anyway. An extreme example is the Grand Canyon, which was created by a river wearing away the rock over many centuries.

Build a Foundation

The quote advises us to build a foundation on things that are not easily removed. The only “things” that meet that criteria are our spiritual faculties. That is another reason to awaken and develop those faculties. Only the spiritual is permanent. While some like to claim that matter is permanent, they are wrong. Matter is constantly changing form. And now that we are in the End Times, God is gradually changing matter into spirit, as it was always meant to be. Wisdom and Knowledge are indeed important and cannot be taken away, but true Wisdom and Knowledge is spiritual.

Skill and Knowledge

Knowledge, and skills do define the difference between Man and animals. So do Wisdom and Truth. As the quote indicates, one can have huge amounts of silver and gold, yet that doesn’t save him from decay and death. Only developing the Spirit can do that.

Life is Matured

Life is matured and mellowed by the true treasures which are spiritual, but the quote is wrong in saying these things pain the heart and consume us to some degree. The soul is developed by spiritual disciplines, not by earthly things.

“Astronomers find compelling new evidence of the first stars formed after the Big Bang”

A faint glow of helium, hanging near one of the earliest known galaxies, may be the clearest sign yet that astronomers have finally caught the universe’s first stars in action.

The signal comes from a tiny object nicknamed Hebe, sitting about 3 kiloparsecs from GN-z11, a galaxy seen as it existed roughly 400 million years after the Big Bang.

“Meet the Crystal Ball Nebula”

NOIRLab released this spectacular new image of the Crystal Ball Nebula this month. The Gemini North telescope captured it from atop Mauna Kea in Hawaii. The Crystal Ball Nebula lies about 1,500 light-years away in the direction of the constellation Taurus the Bull. This exquisite ball of gas and dust encircles a dying star and its companion.

“Deep-space water reservoir contains trillions of times more water than all Earth’s oceans combined”

A cloud of water larger than anything ever seen in space has turned up around one of the brightest objects in the early universe. The reservoir surrounds the quasar APM 08279+5255, a blazing source powered by a supermassive black hole more than 12 billion light-years from Earth.

Commune with Your Soul

“Commune with your soul within, and consider how wonderfully you are created. Meditate long upon your nature, contemplate the powers you possess. Consider your needs and desires; thus, you will find the proper path through life and a sure guide to direct your footsteps.

“As the union of heat and tinder produces fire, so does the union of soul and body produce life in man.

“Nothing is constant in life, except wisdom, knowledge and skill. Life ebbs and flows, as the tide and the fortunes of men wax and wane as the moon. The rich become poor, and the poor become rich. The powerful become weak, and the weak become powerful. Where the stream flowed yesteryear is now dust, and the cooling waters have moved elsewhere. The lakes of last season have joined the wilderness, and the dykes have become pits. Fortune smiles upon the improvident, and misfortune smites the worthy. Men are born handsome or ugly, rich or poor; they inherit a life of ease or a

life of struggle.

“Here is wisdom, accept the nature of things as they are, for as such they accord with the Plans of God and are under the Law. But accept them not with resignation, as an affliction to be borne, but as a challenge to contest. Man must rise to meet life or be overwhelmed; this, too, is the Law. When the road seems long and the load heavy, remember that the stouthearted runner carries the greatest burden.”

-the Kolbrin Bible (MPR:4:1-4)

Commune

Yes, we should commune with our Soul, but that can’t happen until we awaken and develop our Spirit until it becomes a conscious Soul. We should consider how wonderfully we are created. While we are born into this world in a physical body, we also have a divine Spirit provided by God. It is only because of that Spirit that it is possible for us to redeem ourselves with the help of God.

Needs and Desires

We should consider our needs and desires, but while we must meet the needs of our body and mind, we should take care that when it comes to desires, we only work toward those that meet the Laws of God and truly benefit us, as well as the whole world.

Union of Soul and Body

The union of body and Spirit does produce life in Man. While the physical body does have a life of its own, only the union of body, mind, and Spirit produces true Life capable of immortality.

Nothing is Constant Except Wisdom and Knowledge

Wisdom and Knowledge are constant. What is wise today will be wise tomorrow. What is true knowledge today will always be true. Skills, on the other hand, are not constant. We gain and lose skills throughout our lives on earth.

Fortunes Wax and Wane

While it doesn’t always happen, it is true that the rich sometimes lose their fortunes while the poor gain fortunes. During the Great Depression, many wealthy people lost everything. On the other hand, sometimes people with very little win a fortune in a state or national lottery.

Accept the Nature of Things

We should accept the nature of things, but that doesn’t mean we should not try to change them when we know things could be better. Now that we are in the End Times, everything is changing as God slowly changes the fallen realm of matter back into Spirit. We can help with those changes by doing God’s work on earth, and encouraging others to do the same. Those who don’t rise to meet these changes will indeed be overwhelmed.

“Student astronomer discovers rare white dwarf star feeding on a red dwarf companion”

ASKAP J1745-5051 did not look like an easy answer to anything. It flashed radio waves every 1.4 hours, then went quiet for stretches. Then it lit up again with a pattern astronomers had trouble classifying. That odd behavior has now helped pin down one of astronomy’s stranger new mysteries. In a study published in Nature Astronomy, an international team reports that ASKAP J1745-5051 is a compact binary system.
