The Soul is not Born

“The soul is not born, nor does it know itself as a soul. The purpose of its earthly journey is to awaken it to self-awareness and to provide it with the ability to continue existence in the Region Beyond the West. Therefore, how could it enter upon earthly life with these things? Were they already there, life and Earth would have no purpose.

“The soul is bodiless within the body, everlasting among things that change and pass away. Man does not perceive his soul, because his senses face outward from the soul, towards earthly things, with which it makes contact. So it is that only the most developed of men can close out the material things about them and turn their senses inward to perceive the soul.

“The soul looks out through the eyes and sees all, which is without, but nothing of this can look in through the eyes and see the soul, even though the soul’s feeling may be reflected there. An eye without a soul behind it sees nothing.

“The earthly and wayward seek only after outward pleasures and the satisfaction of the body. They fall into the snare of disbelief in the soul, and the Law decrees that disbelief shall be easy.

“Wise men, knowing the nature of immortal things, seek not for anything stable here among unstable things.”

-The Kolbrin Bible (MPR:3:20-24)

The Soul is not Born

This is true, in a sense. Since Souls were created by God, they exist outside of the limitations of space and time just as God does. Therefore, we cannot say they were born. They simply have always existed. This is a hard idea to grasp when we are trapped in the material realm where space and time are very real; nonetheless, it is true.

Souls need to Awaken

We shouldn’t say that the purpose of life on Earth is to allow the Soul to awaken. That implies that a Soul cannot be awake without spending time on Earth, which is not true. What is true is that after the Demiurge created beings of matter without Souls, God gave us Souls so that it was possible for us to awaken and be saved.

I’ve never heard it called that, but I have to assume that the “Region Beyond the West” refers to Heaven.

The Soul has no Body

It is true that the Soul has no physical body, but our Spirit, which is simply a Soul that has not been fully awakened and developed, does have a non-material body.

The Soul Sees Without

It is true that the Soul can see what is around us, but we cannot look inside to see the Soul. Even if we look at someone else, we cannot see their Soul. While some think the eyes are the window to the Soul, that is not the case. We cannot see the Soul by looking into our own eyes or another person’s.

Only Man has a Soul that can Feel Shame

“Man, alone of all creatures, is capable of blushing, for he, alone of all things living, has a soul which can experience a sense of shame. That man has a soul is beyond all doubt; it is the most obvious of all truths. Seek not to delve unduly into its secrets but to harmonize it with your body. Commune with it, and awaken its potentialities.

“Intellect, reason, willpower and comprehension; these are not the soul. They are the manifestations of its existence, its attributes and its activity, but they are not the soul itself. Stimulate the soul by contact with that to which it responds. Know it through its manifestations and understand it through its faculties.

“It remains immortal and indestructible throughout all ages. Its splendor is displayed in noble deeds, and its glory in works of art and craftsmanship. It will survive your bodily disintegration. It was not created by the quickening of the flesh, nor conceived within the womb. Its seed existed before the body and preceded the thinking heart. The Great God sows soul seeds into earthly flesh, as man sows barley seeds in the fields of black soil.

“The soul is yours to fashion; it can be made radiant by goodness, beautified by virtue and glorified by love. It can be hideously deformed by vices and passions and twisted into a form of distorted horror by

meanness and hatred.”

-The Kolbrin Bible (MPR:3:11-14)

Man has a Divine Soul

This is something that few people understand. Many say that animals have souls just as humans do. While that is true, it is only the mundane soul that is associated with the physical body. Only man has a Divine Soul as well as a mundane one. It is that Divine Soul that can feel shame.

I don’t think the quote is correct in saying that it is “beyond all doubt” that man has a soul. Many people today don’t believe in the Soul, in the afterlife, or in God. Fortunately, more are waking up to the truth.

Awaken Its Potential

In this statement, the quote is correct. The Spirit and Soul do not awaken and develop on their own. It is up to each of us to awaken and develop our spiritual faculties. God must help with this, but He won’t help if we don’t participate in the process. It does need to harmonize with the body and mind. More specifically, it must control the Ego so that it doesn’t dominate our behavior.

The Soul is Immortal

It is true that the Soul is immortal and indestructible throughout all ages. That is because the Soul, as a creation of God, exists outside of the limitations of space and time. The soul has always existed, and will always exist. But if you don’t bother to develop your Spirit and Soul, your Soul will return to Heaven without you when you die. An important part of spiritual development is integrating the mind and Spirit, so that you will continue on after the inevitable death of the physical body.

Yours to Fashion

It is up to each of us to fill the Soul with the virtues of Beauty, Love, and Joy. If instead, you live a life of materialism, becoming attached to things, and engaging in physical passions, your Soul will be harmed by such behavior. If you commit the ultimate crime of murder, your soul will detach itself from you and leave you as a soulless shell. So feed you soul on the things it loves. Feed it so it will grow. That is how to become immortal.

Something Unseen Animates the Human Body

“Something unseen animates the inert clay of your being. Something intangible is added to the earthly material of your body. Think not primarily of your material self, nor say ‘My heart is supreme.’ For within your body resides the soul, which activates the thinking heart, and is not the resident of the dwelling of greater importance than the materials of its construction?

“Gaze upon a corpse; see. It is empty of life, something that was is no longer there; the soul is missing.

“Your soul is the Lord of your Body, suffer not the subject to rebel, nor to assert its sway, for its domination cannot be beneficial. Let the soul not only vitalize, but rule and direct the flesh, that wildness and excesses may be held in leash.

“The soul delights in sweet smells and knows the perfumes of Earth by the performance of the nose. It rejoices in delicacies of the table and tastes them only through the workings of the mouth. Food feeds the flesh, but the flesh finds no pleasure in eating, for it is the soul, which experiences the enjoyment of food.”

The Kolbrin Bible (MPR:3:6-9)

Something Unseen

Something unseen animates the physical body, not only of humans, but of all physical beings. That something is Spirit. All things have a Spirit. Native Americans believe that even things we consider nonliving, such as rocks and rivers, have a Spirit, and they are correct.

The Soul Activates the Thinking Heart

Some in the past may have believed that thinking happened in the heart, but it doesn’t. We know today that thinking happens in the brain and is not related to the Soul or spirit in any way. What some recent scientific research has found, however, is that consciousness does not originate in the brain, but comes from outside of us. Some think there is only one consciousness, but it has layers like those of an onion. The primary goal of spiritual development is to rise up to the highest level of consciousness.

The quote is correct in saying that the resident of a dwelling is more important than the material of its construction. In this case, both consciousness and Spirit are more important than the physical body.

Let the Soul Rule

It is important for the Soul to rule over and control the Ego. In order for it to do that, it must be awakened and developed. Unfortunately, that can’t happen overnight. It takes years of practicing Spiritual development techniques before it can happen.

The Soul Delights in Sweet Smells

The Soul does delight in sweet smells. They can be an aid to awakening the Soul. That is why incense was originally used in some churches and temples. Pleasant music can have a similar effect on the Spirit and Soul. I disagree with the claim that it is the Soul that enjoys the taste of food. Science today is much more advanced than when the Kolbrin Bible was written, so we know that taste is a physical sense located in the taste buds of the tongue. Not only is physical food not tasted by the soul, but the Law of God says that killing and eating other beings, plant or animal, is wrong.

God is Above All

“The One God is above all in greatness, but under Him above all else on Earth is the soul of man. It is not isolated from the Godhead above, nor from the mortal below, for it is that, which spans the gulf between. It is the link between God and man, between immortal and mortal.

“Nothing exists, which is or can be isolated from all else. There is a connection between Earth and the Region of Glory, a link between dust and star. From the Highest God down to the mote runs an unbroken and unbreakable chain.

“Man is apart from all other creatures, in that he has foreknowledge of death and decay. If man be immortal, then it is the burden of his immortality; but if he passes to nothingness, he is cursed above the unknowing beasts, which know not the dread of approaching doom.

“Has man been placed above the beasts to be confronted with his

own nothingness? Is his superiority nought but the father of terrors? Such cannot be, for the direction of life is ever towards betterment, and it cannot be cast back upon itself.”

-The Kolbrin Bible (MPR:3:1-4)

The Greatness of God

It should be obvious that the greatness of God is greater than that of any other being, but some people don’t understand that. If any other being were greater than God, then that being would be the true god.

Soul of Man

It is true that the Soul of Man is above all else on Earth. The Soul is that part of us that is capable of immortal life, but we must make the effort to awaken and develop it while we are on Earth. It is true that the human Spirit, which becomes a Soul when properly developed, Links Heaven and Earth. The Spiritual Sun also acts as an intermediary between Man and God by bringing God’s Light to us, but it is up to us to accept that Light and use it to develop our Spirit.

Nothing Can Be Isolated

This statement in the quote is true. Nothing can be isolated from other things. Everything is connected. In Cosolargy, we wear our sacred thread to remind us of that fact. Until recently, most scientists disagreed with this belief, but increasing evidence of the fact is starting to convince some. Particularly, the fact that scientific experiments have shown that two identical particles can affect each other, even when separated by a large distance.

Man is Different

It is true that man is different from all other Earthbound beings in that he has foreknowledge of death. Not that we know when we will die, but we know that someday our physical self will end. That is why it is so important to develop our spiritual Self before that happens. And while animals may not understand death as we do, there is evidence that when a pet is dying, they are aware of it and will behave in certain ways that are different from their normal behavior.

Direction of Life

It is true that the direction of life is always toward betterment, but materialistic scientists think that evolution has always moved forward. In actual fact, man has devolved from a much greater being of Light and Spirit. We are now at the point in human history where we can choose to turn around and start evolving again. God has sent us the Sun of Righteousness to help. But God isn’t going to do it all for us. We need to make the effort ourselves.

There is No Other Being Like God

“There is none other like unto the One God in all His glory. Whose strength can challenge Him? Whose will can contend with His will? Whose might can equal His? Where is another with His wisdom? Who in goodness can compare with Him?

“By the power of His thoughts, many kingdoms are brought forth beyond Earth. He speaks the unutterable word, and they are created. He rules His creatures with infinite wisdom and directs their destinies with unchallengeable decrees. His will controls the forces within men ,and the thing they seek unknowingly is Him. As the body, when hungry is filled with the urge to eat and when thirsty, with the urge to drink, so is the spirit in man filled with the urge to seek God.

“His ordinances govern Earth and the Heavens above. All things therein have their appointed place and purpose, and in their nature conform to His Law. His ways are inscrutable, transcending the

understanding of men. His thoughts are a mystery, which men may not fathom, they are veiled and withdrawn beyond the comprehension of mortals.

-The Kolbrin Bible (MPR:2:10-12)

None Like the One God

There is only one true God. The Demiurge loves to pretend that he is God, and while many believe him, he is not. Some people who oppose religion will say when someone says they believe in God, “Which one?” They think that because there are many names for God, these must be different Gods, but there is only one God, despite different people giving him different names.

Strength and Will

The strength that God has is not physical strength since God is not a physical being. One of the definitions of strength is: the capacity of an object or substance to withstand great force or pressure. That is the kind of strength that God has. No being, no force, no energy, can force God to do anything. As for His Will, it is that will that governs all of creation. The Laws of God and the Will of God are the same thing. Even the realm of nature must obey the Will of God. While many humans don’t obey God’s Will, they suffer consequences for doing so. Not that God punishes them, they punish themselves

Wisdom and Goodness

No one has either the wisdom or goodness of God. Even Jesus said so when someone called him “good master,” and he replied, “Do not call me good, only the Father in Heaven is good”. As for wisdom, I think most of us understand that the ultimate wisdom is the wisdom of God. Some materialists think that some men have wisdom. While they may have some, none have the full wisdom of God.

Power of His Thoughts

The quote says that by His thoughts God creates many kingdoms beyond Earth. This does not mean other planets and stars of the material sort. It means that God creates spiritual worlds or dimensions. When it says in the Bible that God has created us in His image, it can be interpreted in two ways. One, it means that God created our spirits, not our physical bodies. It also means that god creates things by forming an image in His mind. When he does that, the thing exists.

Urge to Seek God

The quote is correct in saying that just as a hungry person has an urge to eat and a thirsty person has an urge to drink, so man’s spirit has an urge to seek God. This is true, but only if the spirit has been awakened from the dormant state it is in when we are born into the physical world. One that happens, then the spirit does have a strong desire to know God. That is why awakening the spirit is the first part of any legitimate spiritual development school.

His Ordinances Govern

All things that exist are governed by God’s Law. Simple things that have little or no consciousness automatically conform to God’s Law. More advanced beings may foolishly try to do things against God’s Law, but in the end, they always suffer consequences for doing so. So remember, there is but one God and no other being is His equal.

Man Lives His Allotted Span on Earth

“A man lives his allotted span in the dispensation of the High God of Old, whose will encompasses the daily task and round. All things have their beginning and end with God. His power cannot be suppressed. His knowledge is the wisdom of eternity. His strength reaches out into infinity.

“His dwelling place is set in the universal center, and He encompasses all the universes great and small. His breath sustains life in multitudinous forms, and his thought holds all things to their proper shape.

He prescribes the courses of the stars. He issues His commands to the winds, and they sing their responses. The wide seas murmur His praise. He moves the silences in the void of empty space, where the Eternal Heart lies sleeping. Order and beauty are shaped by His hands.

“His voice speaks from the sandy silences. He whispers in the cool breezes. He roars in the whirlwind. He murmurs in the running waters. He sighs in the treetops, and men hear His voice without understanding.

“Man dreams and says this is reality. He sees the shadow, but is blinded before the light. He reasons and is deceived. The design of the True God and His nature cannot be understood in the light of reason, for reason is not with this God, who knows all things without reason.”

-The Kolbrin Bible (MPR:2:6-9)

We Live Our Allotted Span

We each live an allotted span, which is determined, in the overall sense, by God. We can shorten our physical lives by eating poorly, not exercising, using illegal drugs, or intentional suicide. We can also increase our our span by living a healthy lifestyle, and using anti-aging supplements. Yet, while there are some who believe that eventually medical advances will allow us to live forever in a physical body, it is simply not possible. All things physical have a beginning and an end. The smart thing to do is to awaken and develop our immortal Spirit and Soul. Only that can give us true immortality.

All things Begin and end with God

Everything that exists in Nature was created by God. Even the physical universe, which was created by the Demiurge, has a spiritual element to it that was created by God. Of course, man-made things are not from God, so we can’t blame God for guns, cigarettes, and other things that are harmful to Man and other beings.

His Knowledge is Wisdom

Many people today are confused about this. Many think that the knowledge we get in school may sometimes be considered wisdom, but it isn’t. The only true Wisdom is the Knowledge that comes directly from God. This knowledge cannot be found in books, nor can it be found in the human mind. Only the Spirit and Soul can receive and understand God’s Wisdom.

God Dwells in the Universal Center

In a way, that is true, but it can be misleading. If you think of the dimensions of reality being like the layers of an onion, the center would be the middle part of the onion. In actual fact, God dwells in the highest dimension, which is the outermost layer, and all other dimensions are within it. As the quote goes on to say, God “ encompasses all the universes great and small.” So that backs up the teaching that the dwelling place of God is the outermost layer, not the innermost.

Man Sees the Shadow, but is Blinded by Light

We see the shadow world, which is the world of matter. We don’t see the spiritual world, which is invisible to the physical eyes. Only the Spirit can see the spiritual world. And if God were to appear in front of us in his true form, the brightness of His Light would probably blind us. But this also has an allegorical meaning. It means that the vast majority of us refuse to “see” anything beyond the physical. Even many who believe in God think of him as a physical being. But if God were physical, then like everything else physical, he would have a beginning and an end, and He would have a specific size. But God has no beginning and no end, and no limits.

There is Only One God

“There is but one God, the High God, the Designer, the Creator and Ruler of the Earth and the Lord of the Kingdoms of Light and Darkness. Everlasting, All Powerful and beyond the understanding of men. The Great Dweller in Everlasting Pregnant Silence, Unseeable, Unknowable.

“By a command He created man, and in His indulgence permitted the gods to be fashioned. He is the Source of all that is, the Father of Fathers, the Mother of Mothers, the One Who preceded the sun. The sun is not God, though His creation, for its brightness bestows light and life upon the Earth. It gives warmth to the aged and quickens the child in its mother’s womb. It nourishes the seed and calls forth the green growth. It is the instrument of the High God, His furnace fire of life. The sun is removed from man at night time, but the True God is always with him. Man never walks alone; he is never unescorted”

-The Kolbrin Bible (MPR:2:1-2)

Only One True God

There is only one true God, and that is the God of Spirit, the God of Light. There are many false gods that are either fallen angels or the creation of men who like to see god in their image since they can’t comprehend a god who is so much greater than the physical being of man. Sadly, these false gods have control of the vast majority of humanity, although that is starting to improve.

Lord of the Kingdoms of Light and Darkness

The quote says the true God is Lord of the Kingdoms of Light and Darkness. While in a sense, that is true, it is really Satan who runs the kingdom of Darkness. God cannot descend into darkness, as that would polute His purity. But he can send his presence into the physical world to aid in helping humans awaken to their true Self, and that is what God has done by creating the Sun of Righteousness.

Everlasting and All-powerful

The true God is indeed everlasting. He has always existed and always will. He is all-powerful as He can create anything simply by thinking about it, and there is no power or being that can stop Him.

Father of Fathers and Mother of Mothers

While it is a convention to write about God as “He”, God is just as much female as male. God can only create that which He knows, so he must know what it is to be female as well as male.

The Sun is Not God

It is true that the sun is not God, yet it is a creation of God on the Spiritual Level. The Spiritual Sun is, in a sense, much like a human Soul. God created the Sun of Righteousness by embedding His essence in the Spiritual Sun, but not the physical sun. Nonetheless, this change to the Spiritual Sun is resulting in changes to the physical sun. In fact, as the Light of God permeates all of the physical universe, it is being gradually changed back into the spiritual form that God always intended it to be. The quote says that even though the sun is hidden from us at night, the True God is always with us. In fact, even at night and on cloudy days, the spiritual sun still shines down on us and still does the work of God.

The Traits of a Good Ruler

“The good ruler should not speak falsehood; he should be as great as his responsibilities. Each word should be weighed before spoken, for it is accepted as gold and not as thistledown. He should take heed of his own judgments, for the judgments of eternity draw near. He should be, above all, an example to all men. The gardener of wickedness waters his land with deceit, and it brings forth falsehood. The good ruler should be above every deed of meanness; he should be the father of the orphan and the husband of the widow. A true leader of the people should be free from every kind of avarice, a man above every kind of pettiness. He should be a man of wide vision. He should be like the rising waters that feed the fertile fields. He should be swift and sure to execute judgment on him, to whom punishment is due. O where does he sleep today, in what generation will he come forth?”

-The Kolbrin Bible (MAN:34:70)

Speaking Lies

A good leader does not speak lies. That doesn’t just mean that he refrains from telling stories that are complete fabrications; it also means he doesn’t tell partial truths, which is another way to lie. There are exceptions to this rule, as there are to almost all rules. You don’t tell a person they are ugly or stupid, even if it is true. Sometimes, good manners override the need to tell the truth. It is also necessary, especially today, for governments to keep some things secret, as revealing them to the general public can be dangerous. The quote says should weigh every word before it is spoken, “for it is accepted as gold”. In other words, it is assumed that the leader doesn’t lie. Once that assumption is proved false, the leader may never be trusted again.

Take Heed of His Judgments

While in a sense, it is only God who can judge us, a leader must judge people who behave poorly, or appoint judges to do it for him. As the quote indicates, the leader will die one day and be subject to the judgment of God’s Law, so he must judge others fairly.

Be an Example

A good ruler doesn’t act one way while expecting others to act differently. The good ruler acts as he expects others to act. If a ruler is frequently looking for ways to mistreat certain groups of people because of their religion, race, color, etc., He should not be surprised if people look on him the same way. If a ruler looks for ways to steal the natural resources of other nations, he should not be surprised when other nations try to steal the resources of his nation. If a ruler tries to find reasons to start wars, he should expect others to do the same to his land.

Free from Avarice and Pettiness

There was a time when kings and other leaders did not deal in avarice. In the past century, we have seen several leaders overthrown or assassinated because of their avarice. Yet that has not stopped modern leaders in several countries from being full of avarice. The good leader also avoids all forms of pettiness and does not react with anger when someone disagrees with him or makes a joke about him.

Wide Vision

A good leader should be a man of wide vision. That means more than just a wide vision of what is happening in the world on the physical level, but also he must have vision of the spiritual. This means that the good leader must be spiritually developed, or at least must have trusted advisors who are spiritual leaders.

The Corrupt Pharaoh is Denounced

“Hepoa went before Pharaoh, and there, in the midst of his court, he denounced him. These were the words issuing from the mouth of Hepoa, as set down by the attending scribe: “O great and mighty Pharaoh, where once the stormwind raged, there is now a gentle breeze. Where once the diligent shepherd stood, now a musician sits and idly plays. The land is no more as it was, and no man remains content within his dwelling. The northwind has ceased to enter the land, and the south wind eats it up. A heavy hand lies on the hearts of men, and their limbs are sluggish; they are languid and move no longer, as once they did. Wherefore has all this come about, the people ask, and I answer them truly, it is because the protective power has departed from the blood of the Pharaoh; it is because of the iniquity in the palace. This is a time of woe. These things I have spoken before the eyes and ears of Pharaoh, beyond the palace gates. Yet, it is not in me to leave them unsaid before the face of the king himself. Where is the great one, who sets goodness in the place of wickedness? Where is he, who replaces injustice with justice, who hears the cry of the lowly? Who causes right to prevail in the land? Where is He? I look, and I look in vain. I see only one, who has defiled the protective treasures, the glory of Egypt, with iniquity. I see only one, who has polluted the pure stream with the sewage of evil, who has

succumbed to the ultimate in wickedness. This I see, as all men see it, but I am one, who sees more. I see an Egypt gone down into dust. I see plague and death stalking the streets. I see the fertile, black waters turned back on themselves. I see the black land buried beneath the sand. I see grim-faced men coming from out of the East to stamp the land flat in blood. I see the dread things of the past recurring. I see desolation spread out on every side. Woe to you, great Pharaoh; woe to the land of Egypt! Goodness lies dying beneath the triumphant foot of evil. Virtue is betrayed into the foul hands of

loathsome lust, her despairing cry unanswered by any coming to her aid. Wickedness walks unhampered through the cities, and wrongdoing is seen on every side. Woeful are these days, and doomed are those who endure them. What does the great light shining forth from the palace conceal, sacred mysteries or secret sins?” Then, the arm of Pharaoh stretched forth to stop the mouth of Hepoa, and it was stopped. He was led forth, and whips were laid on his back, and he was placed within a dungeon.”

-the Kolbrin Bible(34:63)

Hepoa Denounced the Pharaoh

We are not told who Hepoa is, but from his actions, we can assume that he is a high priest or leader of a spiritual temple. What he says to the Pharaoh sounds mild by today’s standards, but it is obvious that the Pharaoh didn’t see it that way. When Hepoa says, “ where once the stormwind raged, there is now a gentle breeze,” he is saying that the once strong pharaoh has become weak, at least in his handling of the wickedness spreading throughout Egypt. As a shepherd, the Pharaoh was the caretaker of the people, but when Hepoa says “ now a musician sits and idly plays,” he is saying that the Pharaoh is not doing his job as caretaker of the people.

The Land has Changed

It is not stated how the land has changed, but this whole section of the Kolbrin Bible is about the spiritual leaders and mystery schools leaving Egypt for another land. The land itself is not changing, but the people are. It is curious that the author of the quote seems to equate a north wind with good things and a south wind with evil. Again today we now say that things have gone south when they are headed in the wrong direction.

Inequity in the Palace

A good pharaoh treats all people with equality. This pharaoh is no longer doing that. We can assume he is favoring the rich and powerful, something we see a lot of today. Hepoa asks, “ Where is he, who replaces injustice with justice?” He is accusing the pharaoh of not ruling with justice and fairness. He says this to the pharaoh himself.

The Sewage of Evil

Here, Hepoa is saying that because the pharaoh has opened the door for evil to enter the land, as a result, there is death and disease everywhere. The waters are polluted, and the fertile black soil has been buried in sand. In short, evil spreads everywhere like a plague.

Whipped and Jailed

As might be expected, the pharaoh was not happy with this criticism, and he had Hepoa whipped and thrown into a dungeon. Hepoa probably expected that to happen, yet he felt he had no choice but to speak up against the evil. We could use more people like Hepoa today.

The Pharaoh Introduces a New Form of Worship

“The new form of worship introduced by this Pharaoh was simple enough. Outwardly, it had all the symbols and ceremonial beloved by the people, with sufficient substance in it to attract the spiritually inclined. It could have formed a fitting gateway to the Path of the True Way, another light guiding men along the road to the embarkation port for Truth. Behind the symbols and ceremonial, the Pharaoh worshiped the Spirit behind the Sun, the Spirit of Light and Life as a direct, fully conscious member

outflowing from The Great God Behind All. The king, however, being cut off in the midst of his instruction, perceived the road but dimly. There is little doubt of his genuine desire to bring the True light to the people, but he was not wise enough to know, firstly, that one who brings light must be one in whom light burns brightly, and secondly, that the multitude cannot be exposed to its unveiled brightness with impunity. The king, severed from his weaknesses, could have been a truly great ruler, a steady light before the eyes of men, the guide to a new age for the people of the land. But he was one who cast heavily on both arms of the balances.”

-THE kolbrin Bible(MAN:34:44)

New Form Of Worship

The quote says the pharaoh introduced a new form of worship, yet it had much of the old religions, the spiritual ones taught in the temples and Mystery Schools, to satisfy both the regular people and the more spiritual ones.

Spirit Behind the Sun

This Pharaoh worshiped the Spiritual Sun, which the quote calls the spirit behind the sun. It is more accurate, however, to say that the Spiritual Sun is within and around the physical sun rather than behind it. Many people mistake this for sun worship, but it is not the sun itself that is being worshiped, but the God beyond that Sun. The quote says that this sun was a “ fully conscious member outflowing from The Great God Behind All.” That is an excellent way to word it. It tells us that while the Spiritual Sun acts as a kind of portal between Heaven and Earth, it is a conscious being in its own right.

The King Cut Off

It is not explained why the Pharaoh was cut off in the middle of his instruction, but it was probably because the spiritual school he was going to shut down or relocated because of the changing times. Nonetheless, he tried to bring the light to the people. As the quote says, one who tries to bring the light to others by teaching them how to develop their own spiritual faculties must be an advanced master of the teachings.

The Multitude Cannot Be Exposed

While well-meaning people think that if someone has spiritual knowledge, it should be shared with anyone who is willing to listen, but that is not true. Exposing people to such teaching when they are not ready can result in them harming themselves. Famous painter Vincent Van Gogh may have been one person who was driven insane by accidentally gaining knowledge he didn’t know how to handle. It can also result in harming others when people misuse the knowledge. Hitler is one person who gained spiritual knowledge he used to harm others.
