Today, those of us in the United States celebrate the 241st anniversary of the founding of our nation in America. There can be no doubt that the United States has played a major role in the modern world with regards to religious freedom. For this, all members of The Community can be grateful that we are allowed free expression not only in this country, but also in other parts of the world that have been influenced by the thoughts and ideals of our Founding Fathers and other thinkers of the Age of Enlightenment.

Unfortunately, we know this has not been the case throughout much of history, both East and West. Jesus had preached on the Divine Process of the procreation and birth of the Soul. He proclaimed that the Process was not a matter of written law or scripture but rather a Holy Act regulated by Divine Law. He had preached the True Word of the True God (who was not the god of this world) and declared that the reborn must put aside the ways of the world. Unfortunately, we know that message was rejected.

We can only surmise what could or would have been if Jesus and his disciples had the freedom of religion we enjoy today. Perhaps the Sacred Way, hidden from the world because of its shallowness, would have flourished, or at least been allowed to thrive in some way. Perhaps those who took up the Sacred Way, those who exposed themselves to the creative and generative forces of the Universe — as we do — would have been able survive. The world, for sure, would have been changed in due time. Our history would be significantly different.

Instead, however, the secular powers at hand — both secular and religious — who were deficient in the knowledge of the True God and the True Way, but dominated the life of the culture and nation, considered the True Teaching to be heretical and up for punishment and eventual expulsion. To them, the Teaching was abstract, impractical and without value in the “real” world. It had happened before. The Sacred Doctrines of God’s Image and Word as a living, creative force regulated by spiritually cosmic energies regulated by Heaven was lost.

Jesus — Messias, Teacher and Interpreter of the Law — was elevated to the Godhead. He was worshiped and adored as were the Greco-Roman gods. By so doing, the churches became apostate. Knowledge of the True Way he revealed was ultimately misunderstood, aberrated, and adulterated. He knew the fate of The Teaching at that time and prophesied another time when all would be made right — a time of eventual Consolation of Souls and of the world.

Although Consciousness in the world– the Holy Spirit — had departed, it would return at some future time by a miraculous event prophesied by Isaiah, Malachi and other prophets before him to come in the End Times. It had all been foretold. It was the coming and manifestation of the Sun of Righteousness. The Covenant would be restored in a form never before known to the ancients. It would not only be restored, it would be amended and supplemented at the Second Coming for the True Bread and Living Waters of Life would not only be symbolically served, it would indeed be served by God Himself from the Banquet Table of the Sun which he has infused with His Divine Presence!

We represent a new generation of man that has spiritually evolved over many, many centuries. We absorb the rays of the Sun in a way even the ancients were not prepared to do. That is because the Sun is transformed. It is changed. It is different. It has been altered for this time. And this time has been anticipated for hundreds of generations before us. Consciousness has been renewed in the language of Spirit and incarnates in reborn Souls. God’s Light is shining forth in greater magnitude than ever before.

But, in order for all these components to be put into their full potential, you must give your consent. We know that our being on the physical level is altered by all of the body’s systems at work when one absorbs solar light/energy. These alterations have an effect on our thinking process, for with that incoming light our minds are illuminated with thoughts and images that come from outside the physical realm. Slowly, we are made new. We are renewed, regenerated and restored.

Remember, the brain cannot process all the information that is streaming into it. Therefore, the mind has to be trained and educated by the psyche and by the centers of force. Again, consent must be given for this to take place; that is, the nurturing by Consciousness. Once Consciousness is awakened, that Consciousness splits into either Logos or Kalos. The disciplines of The Community help to suppress the Kalos nature from taking hold. It is only when individuals become negative, arrogant and superior in thinking that Kalos overcomes the Logos.

Therefore, the disciplines of The Community teach one how to stay on the Path of Light. Once the process is started, i.e., by means of The System, it is advisable to go on to fuller understanding of The Teaching. This becomes possible in Community, as has always been the case from ancient times. It is no different in the present. Communities and schools of high solar religion and teaching have always been in existence. They are Societies of Light.

Divine Science and High Religion are the controlling factors of healing the Spirit and giving birth to the Soul. It is an art. It is a discipline. We understand there are disciplines in practicing medicine. We understand there are disciplines in practicing law. We should also understand there are disciplines in the therapeutics of bringing about the Light Body.

Therefore, we in the System of Light — we who follow the Path of Light, we who uphold the Community of Light — seek the highest of goals which can be absorbed by the human mind which is the immortality of Spirit and communion with the Godhead. We seek permanent healing which is escape from the cycle of generated existence; that is life everlasting in the Worlds of Light.

This must take place now, not tomorrow. Respect yourself now, today. By respecting yourself, you can truly respect others — now, not tomorrow. Remove or distance yourself from people who take away your nobility. By doing so, you will nurture and feed the magnificence of yourself, as well as the magnificence of this Community, this society, of Light.

Tomorrow are the planet’s two solstices. For Community members in the Northern Hemisphere, it is the longest day of the year; and for our members in the Southern Hemisphere, it is the shortest.We see much change on the planet – more and more every year. Climates everywhere are in flux. These changes have been predicted to occur. We know that the world cannot change the events which are destined for it. We can, however, assist the Powers of Light for goodly change. People of ignorance have corrupted the earth and defiled its life. The environment is in rebellion. Ungodly men and women have broken the Holy Covenants. The Powers of Light are not pleased.

But, it has been predicted in times past that the sun of the earth will intensify in heat and magnitude. This New Sun will act to cleanse and purify the earth and its peoples. It shall be as balm – a blessing – to those of Light and Goodness and a curse to those of Darkness. The Sun shall be brilliant and an instrument of righteousness to those of Light and, in due time, will burn up all wickedness. This is the time of the tribulations I spoke of last week – the beginning of the great spiritual battles spoken of in times past being waged between the Powers of Light and the Powers of Darkness.

Goodly men and women shall not be harmed by the intensifying light, whereas others will be maddened by its brilliance, heat and intensity. The signs of these occurrences have been many, yet people are blind to the reckoning of them. However, with the coming and appearance of the Sun of Righteousness and the Cross of Enlightenment, all people everywhere can be cleansed and made new – regenerated as Beings of Light and restored to spiritual Life!

The birth and life of this Community of Light are dictated by certain cycles and signs which are regulated by the sun and the stars at the direction of the Godhead for a goodly cause and purpose. If it were not so, The Community would have ceased to exist long ago. The events many of us have witnessed over the decades are determined by manifesting forces and the configurations of celestial bodies which move by the will of the Powers of Light.

These pains that the earth suffers are the birth pangs of a New World, for the Sun of Righteousness will change and transform all things. The Righteous and the Wise will be strengthened and will shine forth as Light, while those of Darkness will be troubled at the events their materialism has no control over.

The message for today is this: You are the Righteous. You are the spiritually Wise. Shine as the Light for the Angels of Light guard over you. Bathe in their blessings.
